For a smooth and hassle-free booking through our online scheduler, follow these tips:

1. Colouring, highlights, and balayage do not include cutting or blow-drying – please add those separately.
2. Select all desired services to ensure enough time is reserved (it may not be possible to add services on the day).
3. If a service requires a deposit, your booking will only be confirmed after payment – until then, the time slot may be taken by someone else.
4. You can change the date/time without losing your deposit, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. For bookings requiring a deposit at the time of reservation, this amount will be deducted from the final price on the day of the service.
